Dan Pepper is the founder and managing attorney of Pepper Law Group, LLC. Dan is a seasoned lawyer representing individuals and companies in numerous fields, and has a unique understanding of the needs of businesses. Dan has acted as in-house counsel for General Accident Insurance (now One Beacon), Oracle Corporation, and BEA Systems, Inc. (now a part of Oracle). Additionally, Dan has been a lawyer for small and large firms alike, practicing in the fields of general business counseling, technology law, and entertainment law, handling many of the day-to-day legal issues that both technology and non-technology companies face.
Prior to forming Pepper Law Group, Dan was Regional Counsel for BEA Systems, a San Jose-based software company specializing in e-commerce transaction software, where he was responsible for BEA’s United States eastern region and Canada governmental divisions. Prior to joining BEA, he was corporate counsel for Oracle Corporation in its commercial law division, responsible for Oracle’s software licensing, consulting, technical support, and education organizations for the New York and Mid-Atlantic regions. Mr. Pepper also practiced with the Computer and New Media Group of Friedman Siegelbaum, LLP, in Roseland, New Jersey, where he was part of a specialized practice in computer-related law representing clients in various technology fields, including software developers, online businesses, Internet website operators, information technology consulting companies, and outsourcing companies
Dan regularly lectures on diverse subjects, including software licensing and distribution, cloud computing, IT outsourcing for the health care and financial services industries, the use of application service providers, and digital rights management in multimedia transactions. He also teaches legal business formation courses through the New Jersey Small Business Development Center.
Dan is a consultant to ICN, a consulting organization in the business of helping technology users do better and safer deals with vendors for more than thirty five years. Dan is also a contributor at CloudAve, one of the pre-eminent websites for commentary and analysis on all things relating to cloud computing and SaaS.

Andrew Baharlias is an associate with Pepper Law Group, LLC. Andy is an experienced attorney who has primarily served as in-house counsel to notable companies such as the New York Yankees, GE Healthcare-Life Sciences and Liz Claiborne practicing in the areas of commercial contracts, trademark licensing, and general business counseling. In these positions, Andy learned the essentials of bridging the gap between legal and business in order to provide his clients proper representation while often being considered a member of the business team.
Prior to joining the firm Andy operated a solo law practice where he represented clients ranging from sports/entertainment personalities to individuals and small businesses.
Andy has published articles on sports-related business/legal issues and currently serves as a volunteer member of the Thorough & Efficient Curriculum Committee of the East Brunswick Board of Education.

Melody Kulesza is manager of contracts and talent with Pepper Law Group, LLC. Prior to joining the firm, Melody was excelling in law school while becoming well-known as a professional artist and consultant in the entertainment and fashion industries.
Melody's studies at Temple University's Beasley School of Law were focused on transactional intellectual property law. While at Temple, Melody mentored under and then worked in the law offices of Professor Lloyd Zane Remick, Temple's highly-acclaimed professor of entertainment law.Melody began her career as a professional model. She then established herself as a first-class fashion photographer, specializing in shooting A-list runway models. Melody's photographs have appeared in many prominent print and on-line publications. Melody is also a distinguished talent development consultant and manager to various professional entertainers, including multi-platinum selling recording artists.
