Dan Pepper is the founder and managing attorney of Pepper Law Group, LLC. Dan is a seasoned lawyer representing individuals and companies in numerous fields, and has a unique understanding of the needs of businesses. Dan has acted as in-house counsel for General Accident Insurance (now One Beacon), Oracle Corporation, and BEA Systems, Inc. Additionally, Dan has been a lawyer for small and large firms alike, practicing in the fields of general business counseling, technology law, and entertainment law, handling many of the day-to-day legal issues that both technology and non-technology companies face.

Dan regularly lectures on diverse subjects, including software licensing and distribution, IT outsourcing for the health care industry, the use of application service providers, and digital rights management in multimedia transactions. He also teaches legal business formation courses through the New Jersey Small Business Development Center. Dan has received a BV peer-review rating by Martindale-Hubbell, which is an indication of an exemplary reputation and a well-established practice.

Melody Kulesza is a senior paralegal with Pepper Law Group, LLC. Prior to joining the firm, Melody was excelling in law school while becoming well-known as a professional artist and consultant in the entertainment and fashion industries.

Melody's studies at Temple University's Beasley School of Law were focused on transactional intellectual property law. While at Temple, Melody mentored under and then worked in the law offices of Professor Lloyd Zane Remick, Temple's highly-acclaimed professor of entertainment law.Melody began her career as a professional model. She then established herself as a first-class fashion photographer, specializing in shooting A-list runway models. Melody's photographs have appeared in many prominent print and on-line publications. Melody is also a distinguished talent development consultant and manager to various professional entertainers, including multi-platinum selling recording artists.
